The fundamental principles of concentration, centering, control, breathing, precision, and flow will be presented within the hour. Jessica Smith (Pilates Mat) is a comprehensively certified Power Pilates Instructor. Jessica relies on Pilates to keep her professionally-dancing body strong, injury-free, and available for new opportunities where movement information as well as everyday life encounters are concerned. She completed her Pilates certification in North Carolina and has been teaching since 2012, most recently for the last three years in Jamaica Plain and Cambridge.
