this class is for people that want to take part in the Ruckus
all people are welcome to take this class
we will do some things to understand or evaluated what effort is
we will talk about the back of the body as opposed to the front
we will talk about releasing into real time action
we will learn a lot of movement
the movement will accumulate each class
so by the end of it all you will have a really long phrase to get through
